Can I change my order?
After your order is placed, there are no changes that can be made to the order.
Can I cancel my order?
At this time, we are unable to cancel any orders once they have been placed due to all sales being final.
Can I return my order?
Krydyx is unable to offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are FINAL.
Can I exchange my product?
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. All sales are FINAL.
How can I check the status of my order?
If you have made an account with Krydyx please log in to check the status of your order. If you do not have an account, please refer to your confirmation email to track your orders.
Why was my order canceled?
If your order was canceled, its due to mild or high fraud. Any order that is flagged with any will be automatically cancelled and will not be reversed.
What if my items arrive damaged?
In an unlikely event for this to happen, you have 48 hours from delivery to contact our customer service. Customer must provide picture of unopened product that is damaged and screenshot of order confirmation. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
I received the incorrect/missing products, what should I do?
Please contact email@example.com within the 48 hours of delivery of the package and provide us with the incorrect or missing item along with email confirmation of the order so we can address this issue.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Krydyx is NOT responsible for orders sent to the wrong address provided by the customer at checkout.
What if my order says delivered, and its not delivered?
Please contact the shipping courier directly regarding your order, USPS, FEDEX or UPS will be able to assist you with tracking your order or filing a claim.
